Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Return can be made within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must
- be unused and in the same condition as received
- be in the original packaging
- have a receipt or proof of purchase from www.jekca.us
Please email info@jekca.com before you return the item to us.
Refunds
We will inspect your returned item once we receive it. After inspecting the item, we will notify you the refund status immediately.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your PayPal account / credit card / original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.
Return & Exchange Fees
You will be responsible for paying
- your own shipping costs for returning your item
- 5% handling fee of the retail price of the item (i.e. before discounts)
If you would like to exchange the item, you will be responsible for paying
- price difference of the items (if any)
- shipping costs for re-shipping the item
Shipment with a tracking number is highly recommended. Shipping charges are not re-fundable and will be deducted from your refund.
